I have issues with my ID’s verification

We understand how frustrating it can be when you can’t request a trip or sign up because your ID ‌is being asked or it is being shown as registered. If you can’t request a trip for other reasons, or can’t sign in, please visit the pages:

I am signing up, and it asks for my taxpayer ID This usually happens when you’re registering yourself and not adding a digital payment method. Registering your taxpayer ID is a function to ensure greater security for all Users. To use the cash, you must confirm your identity.

Firstly, consider registering a card or digital wallet during your sign up, clicking here. We’re committed to securing information and your data will be managed according to our Privacy Notice.

If you want to use only Cash as a payment method, you might be asked to enter your name, taxpayer ID, and date of birth. If you want to access the platform without providing this information, you can still do so if you choose another payment method.

I can’t request a trip If you can’t request a trip, it may be ‌because your profile wasn’t verified yet. Most of the time, after verifying your ID, you’ll be able to move forward. In case you can’t do it on the first attempt, try again a few minutes later.

If you still have a problem, like a message saying “*there were too many attempts*” please fill in the fields below, and, after an ID verification, your data should be updated.
