My ticket won't scan

To scan your ticket:

  1. Tap on your activated ticket.
  2. Hold your mobile ticket in front of the scanner.

An audible beep will announce that your ticket is valid for use.

If your phone is inoperable (e.g. your battery dies), you’ll have to purchase a ticket another way or try to log in to another device.
