We partnered with pharmacies to bring you self medication (over the counter (OTC)) medication to your home!
To order, you must first download the app from your app store. Then, follow these steps:
1. Enter your address or move the pin to your location
2. Choose the merchant that you want to order from
3. Select the items you want to order and confirm your payment details
4. Select PLACE ORDER
Note that you will have to add the following details in the special instructions section of the self medication item:
- Full name and surname
- Physical address
- Phone number
On checkout you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Please ensure that the pharmacy will be able to reach you during the order process. This is because for orders with self medication (over the counter) medication, pharmacies have to reach out to customers before the order can be dispatched.
After the merchant has confirmed and accepted your order, your delivery partner will deliver your order.
Upon delivery, you will be expected to present official identification to the Delivery Partner to prove that you are 18 years of age or older.
