Background and VEVO checks

What if I processed my own background check or VEVO check?

Ensure that the checks are done through National Crime Check (NCC) and request for them to forward your check to us.

How long will it take to process my background check?

Background checks usually take 14 days to process.

What if I already received my BGC from NCC but it is not yet uploaded on my account?

If you already received your background check please send us a PDF copy and we’ll upload it to your account. Ensure that verification codes are visible on the document. Once we receive your background check, it will be reviewed by a specialised team and will take 2 hours.

What if I have edits or changes to make on my background check or VEVO document?

Please contact NCC and check if they can amend your check.
