Swap/Replace a Vehicle

To replace or swap a vehicle, kindly provide the following details to facilitate a smooth transition.

Please provide the license plate numbers of both the old and new vehicles to indicate which ones are being swapped.

Take note of the following restrictions:

• Only the profile owner can submit a vehicle replacement request.
• We permit vehicle replacements across different product types. For instance, an Uber Eats vehicle can replace an Uber Motorbike and vice versa.
• If all the required information is correctly submitted, replacements will be completed within approximately 24 hours.
• Vehicle replacements cannot be done at the GLH; they must be done through this form.
• Your vehicle can only be used if all the relevant documentation has been uploaded and approved.

Before submitting, please complete the checklist below to ensure your vehicle is ready for use as soon as the replacement is complete.
