Uber Eats Manager App has a homepage which consists of store availability and aggregated sales metrics. You also have the ability to toggle the date range to see trends during different time periods.
I OWN MULTIPLE STORES. HOW CAN I SEE WHICH ONE IS PERFORMING THE BEST?
On the Stores tab, you can sort stores by sales using the sort feature on the top of the page.
HOW CAN I SEE ALL MY STORES' OPERATIONAL DATA?
On the homepage you can view Downtime, Missed Orders, Inaccurate Orders, Canceled Orders across all your stores. You also have the ability to drill down on these issues to get the exact details of the orders. Additionally, you can toggle the date range to see operational trends.
I NOTICED THAT I HAVE A FEW INNACURATE ORDERS. HOW CAN I GET MORE DETAILS ABOUT THESE ORDERS?
You have the ability to drill down into these orders by tapping on the inaccurate orders metrics on the home page. The app will tell you which orders are inaccurate and which items were missing or inaccurate.
I NOTICED THAT SOME OF MY STORES ARE OFFLINE. HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED IN REAL TIME WHEN THESE ISSUES OCCUR?
The app immediately sends you a notification if your stores go offline or if the tablet was paused. Make sure you have your notifications turned on for the app.
I WANT TO GET ALL OPERATIONAL ALERTS, WHAT TYPES OF NOTIFICATIONS DOES THE UBER EATS MANAGER APP HAVE?
The app has the following notifications available:
RESTAURANT STATUS - Shows either Online, Offline, or Closed:
Offline- Store is not available to customers on Uber Eats during their menu hours. this could be due to:
Staff Paused - Restaurant staff clicked Pause New Orders on the tablet
Uber Paused - Uber has paused the store from receiving orders due to previous orders being missed
Closed - Store is not available to the customer on Uber Eats as it is currently outside their menu hours
CONNECTIVITY - An alert that will let you know when tablet is not connected to Uber Eats due to either no internet connection or low battery.
POS ISSUES - Notfication of orders not properly registered in the Point of Sale system
MISSED ORDERS - Displays the number of orders missed due to not accepting them in the necessary timeframe.
CANCELED ORDERS - The number of orders your restaurant accepted but then had to cancel.
INNACURRATE ORDERS - Orders that customers indicate had missing or incorrect items.
I WANT TO VIEW AND REPLY TO MY CUSTOMERS' FEEDBACK. CAN I DO THIS ON THE APP?
On the homepage, click view all. You can see all your customers ratings and comments for your restaurant. You have the ability to reply directly on the app.
