You can now log in through a simple OTP based login process. Please follow the steps below to log in to your account:
- Tap here & enter the phone number or email address registered with Uber and select Next.
- We’ll send you an email or text message (depending on the verification method you’ve chosen) containing a One Time Passcode (OTP), to authenticate your request.
- Enter the OTP you received and select Next.
- Select the right account you want to login to from the list of accounts mentioned.
- You can either enter your password to login, or you can select More Options and choose an option you can access.
OR
If you forgot your password, the fastest way to update it is to use the forgot password link.
You may be asked to sign in to your account before updating your password.
If you’re asked to enter your password, select More Options and choose an option you can access.
When prompted in the app, enter and confirm your new password. Your password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least 1 number
- Include at least 1 non-number character
