Plus Card overview

The Plus Card is a pre-authorised payment card that Delivery people use specifically for purchasing items that customers request through Pick Pack Pay orders. Remember, the Plus Card should only be used for its intended purpose, or you may risk losing the ability to accept Pick Pack Pay requests.

Activating your Plus Card

• Open your Uber account settings.
• Tap on ‘Plus Card’
• Choose ‘Get Plus Card’
• Select ‘Get a Digital Plus Card’
• Add the card to your Apple Pay/Google Wallet
• Set the Plus Card as your default payment method

Using your Plus Card. When you’re ready to check out at the store:

1. Open your wallet app
2. Select the Plus Card
3. Hold your phone near the store’s payment system to complete the transaction

Remember, there’s no need to load funds onto your Plus Card; it will automatically authorise payment for the exact amount of the order.
