Managing ride requests

  • Declining long trips: If a trip is further than you’re comfortable driving, feel free to decline it. Once you decline the trip it will automatically go to another driver in the area.

  • Cancelling after acceptance: In case you accept a long trip by accident, you can cancel it.

Trip duration limits

  • Automatic trip end: Sometimes, trips may automatically end after several hours. Don’t worry, we’ll notify you ahead of time.

  • Communication with a rider: If you get a notification about an automatic trip end, let your rider know. They can then request a new ride if they need to continue their journey.
