My payment statement is missing a trip

Payment statements include all trips in your weekly payment cycle. This cycle begins at 4:00am local time on Monday and ends at 4:00am on the following Monday. If a trip was completed after 4:00am on a Monday, it will appear in your next weekly statement.

If you are looking at an "In-Progress" or current payment statement in the middle of the week, keep in mind that completed trips sometimes require up to 3 business days to display.

If you are still unable to locate a trip on your completed payment statement and have confirmed this trip is within the weekly cycle you are reviewing, please let us know via this form. We'll be happy to review. Please note that high fare trips may require more time to review.
