When you take a cash trip and the full amount is reported as not paid, it becomes a pending amount in your account.

You can join the wallet section to pay the pending amount with a digital payment method or you can choose to pay on the next trip in cash.

Don’t forget to always review at the end of a cash trip for the driver to capture the correct amount you paid.
