Reporting a map issue

1. Go to the map problem reporting tool.
2. Select the type.
3. Use the pin to mark the location of the issue.
4. Tap “Confirm location.”
5. Add notes to help us understand the issue.
6. Tap “Submit.”

Checking the status of your ticket

After receiving your report, our team will review the ticket and update our maps according to our findings. Our Support team won’t be able to provide status updates on reported issues.

To check the status of your ticket:

1. Go to the map problem reporting tool.
2. Tap “View your contributions.”
