Returned lost items

Drivers sometimes return items to local Greenlight Hubs. If a support agent or your driver tells you an item was returned to a Greenlight Hub, visit the Greenlight Hub or contact support immediately to claim it.

Returned nonperishable items may be held at Greenlight Hubs for a maximum of 45 days, after which they may be discarded, donated, or destroyed. Perishable items will be discarded immediately, and items such as credit/debit cards or social security cards will be destroyed after 7 days. In some cases, items may be turned over to law enforcement.
