Uber's terms and conditions don’t allow the sharing of driver accounts. Having another Driver use your account raises a serious security concern. Sharing your personal Driver account with another person results in immediate account suspension for investigation.
We apply zero tolerance for confirmed claims of this type. If a driver violates this policy, they will be permanently deactivated from the App.
If we receive an unconfirmed claim, the Driver will receive a formal warning. Unconfirmed claims are documented through a warning and claim system. Multiple account sharing claims may result in the deactivation of the Driver's account.
If you suspect that someone else is using your account without your consent, please notify us immediately.
