We offer special promotions to provide discounts on items. Promos must be applied before placing your order. A promo cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
When using a promo code, please keep the following in mind:
- Merchant promos will automatically be applied first. The highest value account promo will be applied next.
- You can select a preferred promo code to apply to a specific order, or opt to use none and save them for future orders.
- Some promos only apply to specific cities, states, countries, etc.
- Promos can’t be combined—only one promo code can be applied to an order. Any unused amount on a promo does not roll over to another order.
- Some promos only apply for certain users, such as first-time users.
- Some promos may only apply if you receive them via email or in-app notification. In these cases, the email address on your account must match the email where you received the promo.
- Rides promos do not apply to delivery or pickup orders.
How do I view my promo codes?
- Open the Uber Eats app.
- Tap the “Account” icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap “Promotions.”
- View your existing promos and add new promos.
