Stages in Business Account Review Process

Step 1: Review Initiation

The review starts automatically when you sign up for an Uber for Business account and add a payment method.

Your account will show as “Pending Review”, and you won’t have full access until the review is complete.

Most reviews take 24-48 hours.

Step 2: Initial Review & Updates

You’ll receive an email and dashboard notification once the review is completed.

If additional documents are required, we’ll send you instructions on:

  • What documents are needed.
  • How to submit them and the next steps.

Step 3: Provide Documentation If requested, you must provide additional documents and submit them directly in the administrator dashboard. These may include:

  • Business Registration Verification – Proof that your business is legally registered.
  • Admin Identity Verification – A government-issued ID to confirm your identity.
  • Relationship Verification – Proof that you are authorized to manage the account.

Step 4: Decision & account updates

  • Approved? You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your account will be fully activated.
