Having trouble with the app?

If you or your couriers are experiencing any technical difficulties with the app, we highly recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart (app);
  • Retry;
  • Restart (phone);
  • Reset (network settings);
  • Reinstall the app for about 2 minutes then log back in;
  • Check for phone driver app.

If these don’t work:

  • Log out of the software updates.
