Driver profiles

Your Driver Profile is your personal space on the Uber app where riders can learn more about you. It features compliments, thank-you notes, and badges from riders to celebrate your achievements.

You can view your profile by tapping Account in the Uber app and selecting Driver Profile.

Details of your profile

Your profile automatically displays:

• Total number of trips completed
• Duration of your driving with Uber
• Your overall driver rating
• Compliments and badges from riders
• Thank-you notes from the last five 5-star trips

You can also share more about yourself like:

• Your hometown
• Languages you speak
• A fun fact or story
• City recommendations
• Memorable trip experiences

Only comments from 5-star trips show on your profile. If there’s a comment you want to remove, hit the X on the top right of it.

Profile completion

No, it’s not mandatory to fill out the optional questions. Without additional details, your profile will only show the standard information like rating, number of trips, and so on.

Editing or removing information

To edit:

1. Go to Driver Profile under the Account tab
2. Tap the pencil icon next to an item to change it

To remove a note:

1. Press the X beside the note.
2. The profile will automatically replace it with another recent 5-star trip note.
3. Notes can be removed, but you can’t select which ones to display.

Adding my own questions

Currently, you can’t add custom questions to your profile. Use the fun fact section to share something unique about yourself!
