Third Party Applications

Integration standards and requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the integrity of information related to the access and use of the Uber Tools and Uber Platforms, including any password, login or key information. When using third-party aggregators to manage and automate your store operations, please do not share your Uber Eats Manager login credentials (including one-time login passcodes or password) to Uber Eats Manager. This is critical to maintain the security of our platform and mitigate against unauthorized access to your account. Uber will never ask for any login credentials.

Refunds and disputes

Order error adjustment disputes and reimbursement requests should be made by merchants only, with admin or manager level access to Uber Eats Manager. Third-party aggregators are not authorized to request reimbursements or resolve order issues on your behalf unless otherwise permitted by Uber. Additionally, bulk dispute submissions made in an automated manner such as through bots or scripts through any form, whether via email, phone, or the self-serve dispute tool in Uber Eats Manager, are not allowed.

The self-serve dispute tool in Uber Eats Manager allows merchants to dispute inaccurate order claims on a case by case basis. Using the self-serve dispute tool in accordance with its intended access and use is essential to comply with the terms of your merchant agreement with Uber. Non-compliance may result in limited access to the self-serve dispute tool, or other appropriate measures.

Managing third-party access

You can view and manage which third-party applications can access your data under account management.

If you remove access for a third-party application, they won’t be able to access your data, and you won’t have access to their services. However, they may still have data they previously accessed.

Please refer to the third party’s privacy notice for information regarding how and why they collect and use your information, and contact the third party if you have any questions. Each third party’s privacy notice can be found under account management.

If you would like to use a third-party application whose access you previously removed, you will be asked to provide access before using the app.
