How can I find my Uber Order ID?

The Uber Order ID can be used to request support for live or past orders.

You can find the Uber Order ID for a delivery by:

  1. Accessing the Uber Direct dashboard, where you can view all your delivery requests
  2. In addition, the last five characters of the tracking URL are the Uber Order ID.
