How To Join?

Our exclusive offer for Uber Eats partners is easy to claim:

  • Complete the Uber Eats Discount Programme form.

  • If you’re already a member of Booker or Makro, all you need to do is provide your Booker Customer ID Number in the form and you will be added to the discount programme.

  • If you’re not a member of Booker or Makro, follow the link in the form to register as a Booker customer and then submit the form.

  • You can take your Uber Eats invoice and some form of identification into any Booker or Makro store to register or check you are on the programme.

  • Alternatively email Booker support at bsna@booker.co.uk and quote your Booker customer number and Uber Eats email and store postcode.

Discount / Rebate Information

  1. Discount levels are determined by your quarterly spend as below -

  • Quarterly Qualifying Spend: £4,300 - £8,749 / Discount: 3%

  • Quarterly Qualifying Spend: £8,600 - £16,999 / Discount: 5%

  • Quarterly Qualifying Spend: + £17,000 / Discount: 7%

  1. The qualifying quarter is as stated in the Booker Financial Accounting Calendar -

  • Q1 – Start Date 26/02/2024 – End Date 26/05/2024

  • Q2 – Start Date 27/05/2024 – End Date 25/08/2024

  • Q3 – Start Date 26/08/2024 – End Date 24/11/2024

  • Q4 – Start Date 25/11/2024 – End Date 23/02/2025

  1. Discount to be settled by means of Rebate & Reward Voucher redeemable at each customer’s Home Branch. A retrospective discount will be paid on all qualifying purchases made in store at Booker or Makro outlets.

  2. Qualifying purchases exclude sales of Tobacco, Alcohol, E Top-Up, Postage Stamps, and VAT.

  3. To be considered for a retrospective discount you must be a verified Uber Eats partner restaurant on the final day of the qualifying quarter to be eligible for a discount. Details for joining the Uber Eats scheme can be found in the first section (How to Join).

  4. Rebate is limited only to purchases made directly with Booker Wholesale and not through third parties.

  5. Payment is at the discretion of Booker and Uber Eats

  • Payment of rebate is subject to the customer remaining within agreed account payment terms where applicable and may be withheld where account is in arrears. Booker may credit your account if you have an outstanding balance to reduce or clear what you owe.

  • Booker reserves the right to exclude individual customers from the scheme where rebate values represent more than 50% of margin earned over the duration of the scheme.

  • Customers linked to the other reward schemes will be excluded from the Uber Eats benefit.

Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions (‘Uber Scheme Terms’) govern your membership of the Booker & Uber Eats Scheme and by submitting your application to join the scheme you agree to the “Uber Eats Scheme” Terms in full.

  2. The “Uber Eats Scheme” Terms are in addition to your existing terms with Booker; in the event of any conflict the “Uber Eats Scheme” Terms will prevail.

  3. Booker will make available to you a limited range of products (‘Uber Eats Products’) at a lower wholesale selling price than is available to the rest of the Booker catering estate in return for you abiding by the scheme Terms. Uber Eats Products will be determined by Booker in their absolute discretion, and may change, and wholesale prices for Uber Eats Products will vary from time to time dependent on market and industry circumstances.

  4. As a Booker “Uber Eats Scheme” customer, you expressly agree that: Booker shall use Personal Data (as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation 2016) it receives in connection with you to create or update records held by it and all Group Companies (meaning Booker and all of its subsidiaries, holding companies and subsidiaries of its holding companies from time to time) relating to any matter(s), including without limitation to the purpose of a product, market or statistical analysis, promoting offers, customer satisfaction or competitions and analysing the performance of a product launch; and additionally, in consideration of the commercial benefits for you that can or may be generated by sharing your data, you agree that Booker may from time to time share statistical and analytical information regarding your business and purchased goods (including Personal Data) with Booker’s Group Companies, Booker suppliers and other third parties so that Booker, the third party or supplier (as applicable) may:

  • carry out data and market analysis, testing, research, statistical and surveys.
  • measure or understand the effectiveness of Booker’s promotions and products, and to deliver relevant advertising and offer better products to Booker’s customers.
  • help Booker to provide the best possible service; and
  • make the Customer aware of services or products that could enhance the Customer’s business
  1. You acknowledge that Booker’s privacy notice sets out Booker’s policy around the use of personal data in more detail and the safeguards in place. The notice is available at www.booker.co.uk. Specifically, you agree that Booker will be entitled to pass to the supplier of the Uber Eats Products the following data:
  • list comprising all current members of the scheme and their business name, address and Booker customer number (as a consequence of which you agree that the suppliers of Uber Eats Products shall be entitled to contact you to offer you products and services that may be of interest to you); and
  • an anonymised sales summary for all Uber Eats members

  1. Secondary wholesale or similar buying/selling activity is not permitted, and purchases must be for your business only. Booker may immediately terminate your membership of the scheme in the event of you doing this.

  2. Bulk limits apply. You may only purchase a maximum of 10 cases per product per day. Booker may immediately terminate your membership of the Uber Eats Scheme in the event you exceed this limit.

  3. If you breach Uber Eats Scheme Terms or the terms of any other agreement(s) you have with Booker, Booker may terminate your membership of the Uber Eats Scheme immediately. Booker may at its discretion, but is not obliged to, issue you with a warning notice that you are in breach and require you to thereafter adhere to the Uber Eats Scheme Terms. If you fail to abide by any warning notice under this clause, then your membership of the scheme will immediately be terminated by notice by Booker.

  4. Uber Eats Scheme Terms are confidential between you, Uber and Booker and must not be discussed with anyone outside of the scheme including but not limited to non-scheme members, third party suppliers that are not participating in the scheme, other wholesalers and the trade press, except for your legal/ financial advisors, and in the event that you are required to disclose details by any competent court or authority. Your duty of confidentiality will continue if you leave the scheme for whatever reason or if the scheme is terminated by Booker.

  5. In the event of any changes to legislation that make the Uber Eats Scheme unworkable or unviable from Booker’s point of view, the scheme will be terminated forthwith. In addition, Booker is entitled to terminate the scheme on 4 weeks’ notice at any time.

  6. If you wish to leave the Uber Eats Scheme, simply contact your Booker Branch management team or catering development manager who will process removal within 7 days.
