When requesting a ride, you can swipe through available vehicle options and tap one to see how many riders it can hold. This is recommended before confirming your request.
Occasionally, a driver may arrive in a vehicle that is smaller or less equipped than what you were expecting. For example, if you requested an UberXL and a vehicle arrives that only seats four riders, it is not qualified for an UberXL ride.
