Businesses can issue and distribute vouchers, which can be used for trips on the Uber App or Uber Eats delivery orders that meet certain requirements set by the issuing businesses.
To know more about how to use vouchers, please go to the Uber App for further information.

To see Uber vouchers in the Uber app, make sure you have the latest version of the App. Update your App or uninstall then reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store. If your App is updated, try force stopping and restarting the App.
Your voucher may also cover Uber Eats delivery orders if the business allows. The App will tell you whether your voucher can be used only for trips on the Uber App, or if it can be used for both delivery orders and trips on the Uber App.
Uber Voucher cannot be applied to business or family profiles. Check to ensure you are using Uber personal profile on voucher requests.
To request trips using the Uber voucher, a credit card must be added and selected as a secondary payment method upon checkout. Cash or Uber Cash credits are NOT applicable.
Your secondary payment method will be used in case the cost of the trip exceeds the limit of the voucher allowance. To add a secondary payment method:
Once you’ve added and selected a credit card as a personal payment method, you should be able to request orders using the Uber voucher.
The charge that you’re seeing could be a temporary authorization hold of full trip amount on voucher requests. If your Uber voucher was applied successfully, the auth hold amount will be immediately voided and reflected to your credit card within 5 business days.
Unfortunately, voucher application is irreversible. We’re unable to refund this trip or apply your voucher to a different order. For your future reference, please ensure you toggle off the voucher on an order if you don’t want to use it at that time.
Uber vouchers currently don’t cover tips in Taiwan. Tipping, if available, will be charged to your personal payment method.
