Eats Pass orders must be from participating merchants. To make sure your order is eligible, look for the green ticket icon underneath the merchant’s name.

For a monthly fee, you get Eats Pass membership benefits (vary by city), including $0 delivery fees on orders that meet a minimum amount.

Why discounts may not apply

The discount may not have applied if the order:

• Wasn’t eligible
• Didn’t meet the minimum amount

Other fees, including a service fee, and taxes may still apply.

Eats Pass is only eligible for delivery orders on Uber Eats. Eats Pass doesn’t apply to Uber trips.
