Uber’s terms and conditions don’t allow the sharing of driver partner accounts. Having another Driver Partner use your account raises a serious security concern. Sharing your personal Driver Partner account with another person results in immediate account suspension for investigation.
We apply zero tolerance for confirmed claims of this type. If a driver partner violates this policy, they will be permanently deactivated from the App.
If we receive an unconfirmed claim, the Driver Partner will receive a formal warning. Unconfirmed claims are documented through a warning and claim system. Multiple account sharing claims may result in the deactivation of the Driver Partner’s account.
