How to rate riders
- After each trip you complete, you have the opportunity to rate your rider on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.
- UberX Share trips: Rate each rider individually after the entire trip has ended.
Canceled trips
If a trip is canceled, no ratings can be submitted by either the rider or the driver.
Giving feedback
- If you rate a rider below 5 stars, you can select from a list of common issues to provide specific feedback.
- If the common issues don’t match your experience, you can select Other to specify.
