By toggling on the different features available for drivers who are deaf or hard of hearing, the following will happen:
The "I'm deaf or hard of hearing" feature will notify riders that their driver is deaf, ask them to input their destination, and will turn off the ability for the rider to call their driver
The "Use flash for requests" feature will add a flashing light to the acceptance screen in order to additionally alert outside of the beep
The "Vibrate on alert" feature will vibrate the phone for all notifications
