What is prescription delivery on Uber Health?

A coordinator can request prescription delivery for the patient via the Uber Health dashboard. A courier will pick up a prescription from the pharmacy that has already been requested and filled, and deliver it to the patient.

Who are the prescription delivery couriers

Prescription delivery through Uber Health is provided through a third party, ScriptDrop, which manages a network of couriers, which may include couriers on the Uber platform.

When can a prescription delivery be scheduled

If a request is submitted before 2pm (local time), it will be sent to the pharmacy for same-day delivery. Requests submitted after 2pm will be scheduled for delivery the next day.

Prescription delivery is not available on weekends or federal holidays.

How far can you deliver

Delivery is available for:

• Preferred pharmacies within 15 miles
• Non-preferred pharmacies within 7 miles

Can you deliver prescriptions to hospitals

Prescription delivery is intended for residential dropoffs and cannot be used for deliveries to specific floors or rooms within a hospital.
