Park in a designated parking spot
Do not park in locations that are not permitted, which include, but are not limited to:
Lock your vehicle and follow the instructions
For vehicles with helmets, securely lock the helmet to the scooter.
For vehicles with physical cable locks, secure the vehicle to a rack or pole.
In certain cities, you may be asked to take a photo showing the vehicle is parked correctly.
Park the bike
Do not park in locations that are not permitted, which include, but are not limited to:
Tap “End” in the app and follow the instructions
If the bike includes a physical lock, insert the lock back into the lock hole to successfully end your ride.
You will receive a confirmation message in the app after your ride has ended.
