ご注文の品が届かずに配達完了となった場合のお問い合わせ

If you never received your order but was charged for it, let us know here.

We’ll review what happened and make any necessary adjustments.

Note:

  • If matched with an autonomous vehicle (AV)

    • Stay close to your device and order notifications. AV will wait a reasonable time at the building/house entrance and wait for you to unlock and collect the order from the vehicle (in case of robot delivery) or drop-off the order at a safe spot (in case of drone delivery).
  • If matched with a delivery person

    • If you selected the delivery option “Leave at door”, please check your door to make sure your order has not already arrived.
    • If a delivery person made a reasonable effort to contact you when arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.
