Auto-renew for Uber Pass failed

Some of the reasons auto-renewal for Uber pass could have failed and we would recommend to check on:

1. Insufficient funds. Ensure you have added enough value at least 2 days prior to the auto-renew date.
2. Incorrect/expired card details. Please check and add another card if necessary.
3. Bank blocked the transaction. Contact your bank to authorise the subsequent charges.

If the payment failed, there may be another attempt for payment.
