価格調整に関する問題がある

If you’re having issues with a price adjustment on your final receipt, see the possible reasons for the adjustment below.

Reasons for adjustments

  • Consumer requested changes: Consumers may communicate directly with their delivery person to request additional or replacement items or quantities outside of the replacement flow. When adjustments are made outside the recommended processes, these additional or modified items may lead to changes on the final order.

  • Bag/Bottle fees (as required under local laws): Depending on the order size and nature of the items, the merchant may use multiple bags, which can incur an extra charge paid to the store. Also, certain locations may have bottle deposit fees on bottled items, such as cases of water.

  • Catalog price variations: If a merchant’s catalog prices are outdated, the in-store prices for a given item can vary. Incorrect or outdated item prices may result in different prices being paid at the store.

  • Replacements ineligible for merchant promotions: Item-level discounts offered by the store, such as discounts on specific items or bulk purchases, may not extend to replacements. So, the final prices for your replacement items may differ from the promotional prices on your replaced items.

  • Variations in price or weight inputs: Variations in the weight, price, or packaging of items sold by weight at the store can lead to discrepancies in the final charges.
