While tipping is never required, you can add a tip to thank your delivery person for their efforts.
The easiest way to tip your delivery person is directly through the app. During checkout, you’ll have the option to set a tip amount. This will appear each time before checkout.
You can also tip in cash when they deliver the order. Either way, your delivery person receives the entire tip from you. We do not take service fees on tips.
If you choose to tip in the app, you can do so before or after placing your order:
If you choose to add a tip before the order, you have up to one hour after the order is complete to edit the amount of the tip.
If you choose to tip after the order, you can add a tip for up to 30 days after the order is complete.
