You will be able to contact the delivery person once they've picked up your order.
After your order has been picked up, follow these steps:
1. Tap the phone that appears in the order status screen
2. Choose between either calling or messaging the delivery person
Please note that delivery people need to stay safe and obey the rules of the road. They can't answer your phone call when in traffic.
