Both riders and drivers can rate each other after a trip. * Riders can give a star rating from 1 to 5 and can highlight common issues through feedback options * 5 stars: the ride went without issues * 4 stars or less: riders are asked to suggest improvements * Riders are prompted to rate each trip before they can book another * Canceled trips can’t be rated by riders
Rider feedback is anonymous, and ratings are private. We don’t share details about why a rider gave a rating for specific trips to maintain confidentiality. Riders can see their updated rating only after they rate you. This ensures honest feedback without bias, and fairness for both drivers and riders.
Your overall star rating reflects the average of the ratings you’ve received from riders. As a new driver, you’ll start with a perfect 5 stars, but your rating may fluctuate until you’ve collected 100 or more ratings. See below for how this is determined: * Ratings below 5 stars that cite issues not related to your performance don’t count against you * We auto-remove such ratings; no need to request removal individually * More rated trips mean individual ratings affect your overall score less
