To check your eligibility:

1. Open the Uber Driver app.
2. Tap on Account Settings and select Plus Card.
3. If you find the Get a Digital Plus Card option, you’re eligible.
4. If not, the program isn’t available to you at the moment.

To activate your card:

1. In the Driver app, tap Account.
2. Choose Plus Card.
3. Tap Get the Plus Card.
4. Follow the instructions to add the card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

You’re now ready to use the Digital Plus Card for Shop and Deliver orders.

To find your card:

1. Open your wallet app.
2. Look for the black Plus Card.

To make a payment:

For iOS 1. Open the Apple Wallet app. 2. Select the black Plus Card and do one of the following: * Hold your phone near the store’s payment reader. * Double-click the lock button and choose the card.

For Android 1. Open the Google Wallet app. 2. Select the black Plus Card and hold your phone near the payment reader.

Multiple devices

You can add your Digital Plus Card to several devices.

Transfer your Digital Plus Card (iOS only)

From Apple Watch to iPhone:

1. Use the Watch or Wallet app to remove the Plus Card.
2. In the Driver app, tap Account > Plus Card and choose the correct device.

Card verification

If your card needs verification, you may have to contact support. Ensure all required documents for the background check are uploaded. Call from the phone registered with your Uber Driver account for verification.
