We know sometimes issues happen that are out of your control. In those cases, tap the “Report a delay” button on the app to provide your updated ETA to the facility. Guidance will be provided on how to proceed.

To contact Uber Freight support, select the headset icon at the top right corner of the screen.
When you arrive at the delivery facility, you’ll receive a notification from the app.
You can choose to upload documents later. If you do so, you’ll receive regular reminders until your document is uploaded.
