Downloading your 1099

All merchants have been opted into electronic download of their 1099.

To download your 1099 forms:

1. Go to the Settings section of restaurant.uber.com for each of your store locations
2. Select Tax/Invoice in the menu on the left side of your screen
3. Download your forms

If you prefer to receive a physical copy of your 1099 form, you can opt-in by December 31. To do so:

1. Visit restaurant.uber.com
2. Select Settings, and then Tax/Invoice
3. Navigate to the Tax Settings tab
4. Within the IRS Substitute W-9 section, select Yes for the 1099 tax forms delivery option

Please also ensure that your tax information is entered correctly and remember to select Submit at the bottom of the page.
