Generally speaking, most POS providers follow a similar process to onboard new merchants to their integration with Uber Eats.
This process often includes menu mapping, where the POS provider works to link the products that exist on your POS system to those products that exist on the Uber Eats marketplace.
This ensures your menu matches up between both systems so that any time an item is updated on the POS (i.e. 86’ing), the item is updated on Uber Eats as well.
Once menu mapping is complete, your POS provider will work with you to determine a launch timeline.
