WERE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROMO: Whenever you're eligible for a promo, we'll let you know via an SMS, email or push notification. If you received this promo from a friend, on the internet etc. your account may not be eligible for it
HAS THE PROMO EXPIRED: Please check the validity under Menu > Promotions (old app) or Menu > Payments > Promotions (new app) and check if the promo is still active
DID YOUR TRIP MEET THE PROMO CRITERIA: Some promotions are only applicable on certain products, cities, payment methods or areas. Please double-check your promo message to ensure that your trip met the promo criteria
HAS THIS PROMO ALREADY BEEN USED?: It's a good idea to check your previous few trips to ensure that this promo has not already been used
