Uber One Cancellation and Refund

Uber One can be canceled from the next billing date (expiration date) by turning off automatic renewal. Even after canceling your Uber One, you can continue to use the benefits until the next billing date (expiration date). Before canceling the contract, please check the following notes.

【 Caution for cancellation 】

• Automatic renewal must be canceled at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.

• If you wants to cancel the membership within 48 hours, please contact our support for membership cancellation.

• The trial campaign period will end upon cancellation.

• No penalties or fees will be incurred even if the contract is canceled during the contract period.

【 For Annual Plan 】

• “Uber One” Annual Plan is 3,998 yen (tax included).

• If you cancel UberOne within 30 days and have not used any UberOne benefits, you will receive a full refund.

How to cancel your Uber One:

1. Sign in to the Uber Eats app
2. Tap 【Account】 at the bottom of the screen (for the Web, tap the three lines on the upper left)
3. Tap 【Uber One】
4. Tap 【Manage membership】
5. Tap 【End membership】
