You must clear any outstanding payments on your Eats account before you can delete your account.
How to clear an outstanding payment
Once deleted, we deactivate your account immediately. We permanently delete it after 30 days. Any unused credits, promotions, or rewards are removed.
If you change your mind and want to keep your account, sign in at ubereats.com within 30 days to restore it.
Uber may retain certain information after account deletion as required or permitted by law.
