How do I pay the debit on my account

When you receive payment for completing delivery requests in cash, it is important to remember that part of the earnings generated belongs to the Merchant and the Uber Eats App. This amount appears in the Uber Eats App as surplus money in the Transaction History section. If you have surplus money, you will be asked to transfer this amount to the Uber Eats App.

Methods for making the payment

Credit or debit card through the Uber Eats App:

  1. Select your card as the payment method.
  2. After confirming that the amount is correct, press “Pay” and then “Confirm”.
  3. If your card does not appear, select “Add payment method” and then “Credit or debit card.”

RapiPago or PagoFácil:

  1. Select the corresponding channel as the payment method.
  2. Confirm the amount and press “Continue” until a code is generated.
  3. To finish, go to any RapiPago, PagoFácil, or CobroExpress establishment, show the code, and make the payment.

Pago46 (applies only in Buenos Aires):

  1. Select Pago46 as the payment method.
  2. Confirm the amount and press “Continue” to generate the code.
  3. Go to any Socio46, PagoFácil, or RapiPago establishment to complete the process.

You must make the payment within 7 days of the notification. You can check the expiration date in your inbox within the Uber Eats App. By tapping the pencil icon in the amount box, you can update the amount to be paid.
