After receiving the Crash Report form, we’ll notify the appropriate insurance carriers of the incident. They’ll investigate the claim and contact you by phone within 2-3 business days.
While you wait for an insurance carrier to contact you, we suggest that you locate your personal auto insurance declarations page. While Uber maintains commercial auto insurance on your behalf while operating on the Uber App, your personal auto insurance coverages may be relevant in the handling of a claim.
