Partner with Drivers and Couriers

To grow your fleet, you can create a listing on the Vehicle Marketplace to advertise available vehicles and connect with drivers. Go to the “Listings” tab in the Fleet Hub, select “Create New Listing”, and follow the setup steps.

Drivers in your region can view your listing and express interest in your vehicles. You can connect with drivers and couriers directly or, in some regions, through marketplace tools such as Uber Match. Check the Fleet Hub to see if this feature is available in your region.

Once you’re ready to partner with them, you can invite drivers/couriers directly:

1. Go to the Drivers tab in the Fleet Hub.
2. Select Add Driver.
3. Send the invitation.
4. The driver will receive an in-app message and must accept the invitation to be linked to your fleet. Always ensure that all driver background checks are completed before adding them to your fleet. If a driver can’t go online, confirm their account and documents are active in the Fleet Hub.

You can also review your document dashboard regularly to stay ahead of expirations. Encourage drivers to upload updated documents early, ideally seven days before expiry. Keep digital copies of all key fleet documents for faster re-uploads if needed.
