How to add LINE Pay as payment method

If you would like to use LINE Pay as your payment method, please follow the steps below:

• Go to “Account” > “Wallet” > “Payment Methods”
• Tap “Add Payment Method” and select LINE Pay
• Tap “Reconnect to LINE Pay” to be redirected to the LINE Pay payment page
• Select the credit card you wish to link > Tap “Next”
• Enter your LINE Pay password > Tap “Add”
• When requesting a trip, tap “Payment Method” and select LINE Pay

All Uber accounts are required to complete the process of linking LINE Pay the first time it is added as a payment method. The system will automatically redirect you to LINE Pay to approve the payment. After this, the system will not prompt for re-redirecting, and you can directly use LINE Pay when paying for future trip requests.

Additionally, the LINE Pay feature is only available on the latest version of the Uber app. Please update your Uber app to the latest version:

• iOS version v3.655.10003 or above
• Android version v4.564.10000 or above

Please note that whether you have already used LINE Pay to pay for a trip request or wish to change the original payment method to LINE Pay, the system currently does not support changing the payment method.
