I had a problem paying my groceries order using my Uber Cash

Before placing your order, is important to consider the following information. Your Uber Cash balance is only visible in the payment’s exit page, in the screen that asks to select a payment method.

In case it’s not shown there, please follow these instructions:

Instructions for phones with Android:

  1. Memorize your account’s access information (mail and password).
  2. Re-install the Uber Eats App.
  3. Sign in again.

Instructions for phones with iOS:

  1. Go to SETTINGS (the gear logo).
  2. Select the Uber Eats App and re-install it.
  3. Sign in again.
