Steps to select cash payment

To see if a cash payment option is available

Cash payment can’t be applicable because of conditions of order. Check if cash payment is available in “Cash payment terms and conditions and the cities”.

Steps to select

1. Go to checkout.
2. Tap payment options shown under the total amount.
3. Select “Cash” and tap the cross button to close the window.

Unable to select

If you are unable to select cash even though your order meets the conditions, please refer to “Cash payment cannot be selected as the payment method”

Please refer to ”Payment Arrears on an order” and settle the payments if you have any outstanding payments.
