Customer doesn’t have a valid ID for age-restricted item
- If a customer fails to present a valid government-issued ID when you’re delivering age-restricted items, you should not deliver the order and will be prompted to return the item to the store
- You’ll receive compensation for returning items to a store
Report missing ID scans for age-restricted items
- If you delivered an item that you suspect contained an age-restricted item but the app didn’t prompt you to scan an ID, take action promptly by contacting Uber Support through the app and reporting the item in question
- Your report helps us work with the store to correctly tag such items for future deliveries, helping ensure all such age-restricted item sales are handled legally and safely
