When you’re ready to begin accepting trip requests, follow these steps:
When a trip request comes in, the white status bar at the bottom of the screen turns black and displays trip details.
You’ll have 15 seconds to decide if you want to accept the request.
To accept the trip, tap anywhere on the black bar.
If you don’t want to accept a trip, tap the X icon at the top left of the screen.
After declining, you won’t receive additional trip requests until you go back online and are available for trips again.
If you need to rest, simply do not accept the next trip request that appears.
After not accepting the request, tap GO to go offline. Going offline will prevent any more trip requests from coming through until you’re ready to get back on the road.
When you’re done driving, there’s no need to accept a final trip. Go offline once you’re ready to stop. This ensures you won’t be connected with new riders.
